  1. To build this package you will need two libraries:
  2.  
  3. 1. gif_lib.lib - ftp giflibxx.zip (xx = current version) from
  4.    simtel20.arpa.mil, directory PD:<MSDOS.GIF> (or simtel mirror) and
  5.    build the library in the lib subdirectory.
  6. 2. misc_lib.lib - ftp iritsm3s.zip from simtel20.arpa.mil, directory
  7.    PD:<MSDOS.IRIT> (or simtel mirror) and build the library in the
  8.    misc_lib directory.
  9.  
  10. Copy *.h from these libraries to a place avaiable by your compiler.
